Pork And Bean Counting In Texas 17

Another example of earmark politics in TX CD17 and just like Pork Creek Park (aka Hamm Creek Park) Congressman Chet Edwards secured it for the county. We here in Johnson County will be stuck paying the tab—both in our Federal taxes and in our county taxes. Once Mr. Edwards has gotten his pat on the back and your vote, the county will forced to maintain these projects at YOUR expense.

Liberal politics and politicians will never change. Their first priority is to make us dependant on them for everything. Second, they bring home the money to make our lives nicer by creating more government jobs, road projects, parks, bike paths, etc. to help secure their re-election. Hey, we should get our fair share of the money, right? Bring that money from Iowa to Texas and send Texas money to New York!

Does this not sound strange to you? It would be like some rich guy building an airplane hanger, selling it to the city and then leasing it back at a ridiculous low annual amount to insure possible future favor. And the city will never recover YOUR tax dollars they will just increase the amount you have to pay to cover the maintenance of the building plus building a park in another part of the city to keep those residents happy and getting re-elected time and time again.

This is why the argument for sending RINO Bill Flores to Washington to simply get rid of Chet saying we will get rid of Bill in 2012 is a pipe dream. Bill will continue to use earmarks that he was for before he was against (or is it he was against before he was for) to try and purchase your future votes-just like Chet!

The NRCC has set CD17 up with another get-along-with-the-left RINO. Due to his limited history in this district, voting for Hillary Clinton and himself, you cannot argue that Bill has proven himself to be any different than Chet. His word is no good, as he misspeaks (political correctness for “does not tell the truth”) if that will endear him to the voters. The Floundering Flores Campaign has a history of attempting to bully and issue threats to those who oppose him.

So Alphabet Kids: does any of this sound remotely Conservative?

Voter, are you going to blindly follow the lead of Hood County Republican Party Chairman Randy “I will bite my lip and pull the lever for RINO Bill Flores, Chet Edwards is Satan” Shelton? Have you decided you have to vote for the lesser of 2 evils?

Show me where this is in the rules!

As we continue to follow the pipers (the RNC and NRCC) to just get numbers in Washington we are allowing our Country and ourselves to be led into the pit towards that final drop off. What happens when we finally go over the edge? We can already see what lies at the bottom of that pit-just look at what is coming out of Washington today.

The only way for us to save our Nation is to take the Republican Party back to Conservative roots and control by showing them that we have the numbers and the backbone to stand up to them. When our numbers speak loudly enough, they will listen or we will be forced to start a Conservative Party. Will it happen this fall? No, but the journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step. The first step in this journey was taken by the Tea Party movement. Let’s make None Of The Above the next step on the march to return our Nation to its former greatness and leave it better for our children, grandchildren and generations of Americans to come.
